Once a payment is made you will receive a mobile notification that instructs you to attach a receipt and enter the GST amount.

To complete your expense:

  1. Tap the notification that you received on your phone
  2. Take a photo of the receipt or upload a photo from your phone
  3. Enter the GST amount shown on your receipt
  4. Click add GST

Once you do this you have completed your expense. We will automatically the categorise the expense data for you.

Please note, for expenses under $82.50 you may not need to attach a receipt, DiviPay will provide you with a proof of purchase with your estimated GST amount. This can proof of purchase can be downloaded by your manager and used to fulfil ATO tax reporting obligations.
