Once a payment is made you will receive a mobile notification that instructs you to attach a receipt and enter the GST amount.
To complete your expense:
- Tap the notification that you received on your phone
- Take a photo of the receipt or upload a photo from your phone
- Enter the GST amount shown on your receipt
- Click add GST
Once you do this you have completed your expense. We will automatically the categorise the expense data for you.
Please note, for expenses under $82.50 you may not need to attach a receipt, DiviPay will provide you with a proof of purchase with your estimated GST amount. This can proof of purchase can be downloaded by your manager and used to fulfil ATO tax reporting obligations.
