On some occasions your DiviPay account may lose connection to your Xero file. If this is the case, the Xero Integration in your DiviPay account will show a ! Disconnected warning message.
To view this message in your DiviPay account:
- Click Settings
- Click Integrations
To reconnect your DiviPay account to Xero:
- Click Reconnect to Xero
- You will be re-directed to Xero
- Enter your Email Address and Password to login to Xero (if prompted)
- Click Allow Access
Please note, DiviPay will sync transactions from the Latest statement import date. For example: If the last successful import into Xero was on the 09.08.21 at 5:09am, DiviPay will sync all transactions from your DiviPay account into Xero from this date and time.
If any transactions have been manually entered into Xero during the period between the last successful import and the current date, you will need to reach out to email@example.com so we can mark the transactions that you have created in Xero, as reconciled in DiviPay. This will allow DiviPay to skip the transaction once the newly established sync begins. This will avoid duplicate transactions in your Xero account.
