Here's why you might be having difficulties adding your DiviPay card to Google Pay. Try checking each step in the following order:
Google Pay is not available on your Android phone
Some Android phones are incompatible with Google Pay. To check this, please try to download the Google Pay app from the Google Play Store. If you cannot download Google Pay please upgrade your Android device to a more recent model and try adding your card to Google Pay again.
Your have not installed Google Pay
You will need to install Google Pay from the Play Store before you can add your card. To check this, please open up the Google Play Store app, search Google Pay and install the app. From there, you can try to add your DiviPay card again.
Your card has already been added to Google Pay
You might have already added your card to Google Pay. To check this, please open up the Google Pay app. If you can see your blue DiviPay card you're ready to go.
The add card to Google Pay prompts are confusing

You are not connected to the internet
Please make sure you're connected to a stable internet connection.
You're using a work phone that is locked by the IT team
Phones that have been issued by your company IT team may need to be unlocked before you can add your DiviPay card to Google Pay. If this seems possible please contact your IT team.
You need to add your card manually
You may need to add your card to Google Pay manually. To do this please:
Open the Card tab
Tap the Settings button in the top-right corner
Tap Add card to wallet manually
Open the Google Pay app
Tap Payment in bottom menu
Tap the + payment method button in the top right corner
Tap Enter Card Details Manually
Using the card details displayed in the DiviPay app, complete required steps in the Google Pay App
None of the above
If you've tried all of the above and still cannot add your DiviPay card to Google Pay please contact our customer service team by clicking the new ticket button in the bottom-right corner of the mobile app, clicking submit a request on the web or emailing email@example.com.
