DiviPay has the latest fraud detection and AI technology running 24/7 to analyse user behaviour and review transactions for any suspicious activity. Mastercard is also running their own fraud prevention processes.
If any suspicious activity is detected, someone from DiviPay will contact the primary account admin immediately to resolve the matter and if required will block the card to prevent any further transactions from occurring until resolved.
DiviPay's Mastercards are covered by the Mastercard scheme rules and ePayments code - you will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised transactions. If an unauthorised transaction occurs we will seek to reverse the transaction inline with the Mastercard scheme rules.
